We work directly with National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) participants to help them live a more independent and fulfilling life. We are committed to providing our clients and their families with the support and services they require so that they can live with a sense of purpose, belonging and self-determination.

For a property to qualify as SDA Housing / Accommodation, new and existing housing must meet strict NDIS Design Standards and be assessed as compliant by an Accredited SDA Assessor. There are four categories of SDA Design which are set out in the SDA Rules, namely​:

The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is a new way of providing support for people living with disability. It’s a whole-of-life approach – a major reform of disability services in Australia, designed to provide the right support according to each person’s needs and goals.

The NDIS is a federal government program which provides funding to people with disability. Through this funding, they can access support services that allow them to fulfil their needs and achieve their goals.

Everyone’s support needs are different and under the NDIS, people have control over what services and support they receive.
